Invisalign Technology clear brace system was introduced to the UK in May 2002. The braces are manufactured in the United States of America using leading edge Cadcam technology, creating a series of clear plastic aligners that are made specifically to fit almost invisibly over your teeth.

If you are suitable to receive Invisalign treatment the orthodontist will take a precision impression of your teeth and it is from these that the custom made aligners are created. Each aligner is worn for about two weeks and then changed for the next one in the series.

Aligners are removable for eating, drinking and your usual oral hygiene regime.

They are comfortable to wear and socially acceptable, in fact as the name suggests they almost impossible to detect when worn.

Patients who are suitable for treatment receive a moving 3 dimensional image of their teeth, showing existing positioning of teeth and how they will look following completion of treatment.
